Woman: Yes, that's right.
Ferran: Oh good. Is Big Ben near here?
Woman: Yes, it's not very near, but yes.
Ferran: How do I get there?
Woman: Go up Regent Street. Then turn left at Pall Mall and go straight on.
Ferran: OK. Thanks you.
